Nick Dittmeier & the Sawdusters are a blue collar Country band from Indiana in the United States. They’ve released three ep’s, “Extra Better” in 2013, “Light of Day” in 2014, and “Companion” in 2019. Additionally, full length albums include “Midwest Heart/ Southern Blues” in 2016 and “All Damn Day” in 2018.

These albums are gritty collections of songs, full of characters who were developed while staring over the dash of a beat up tour van, cruising through towns all over the South and Midwest. Places forgotten by time and aren’t returning.

The previous album, “Companion (Extended Edition)” released worldwide November 27th, 2020. This is a collection of songs which includes 2019’s 4 song ep “Companion”, plus an additional live, acoustic solo listening room set titled “Alive From A Barbershop in Southern Indiana”.

The upcoming release “Heavy Denim” (Sonablast Records) is en expansion of the sound the band has honed. This 10 song collection was bourne out of the isolation of the pandemic. I has pushed the band into darker and more progessive territory, along with the boundaries of Roos Music.

Relentless touring through the United States and Europe have accompanied these prior releases, and the band will return to Europe for an extended tour in Spring 2023, promoting their new album Heavy Denim.
